happy new year!!!!!!

as a lot of you know (because i was boasting about it to everyone for like a week straight) i finally got a nintendo switch for christmas last year. after nearly 7 years of longing for my own. and judging from the title and whether you read through the image linked above You can probably infer what ive been playing all this time. yeap. Splatoon 3

i think the main reason why ive been playing splatoon so much is because literally every single of my friends are splatoon addicts (i dont know what the correlation between my other interests and splatoon is but somehow there just is one) and i do not blame them because This game is genuinely so much fun I HATE playing pvp games so much (ironic coming from a valve game enthusiast) because it takes me so fucking long to learn mechanics n shit But this game was made for children so Obviously theyre gonna hold your hand through everything. i think my favorite aspect of this game is the customization features of the character and your locker because i ended up pulling MULTIPLE all nighters grinding for money in splatoon 3. and hey you know what other game is all about customization? Animal Crossing New Horizons

now at first i got bored of this game really quickly because my ass did Not want to spend days trying to grind for bells and miles. but just a couple days ago i finally decided to lock in and pay off all of my debts and shit and lo and behold I finally got a 3 star rating within 24 hours. currently im still working on decorating the entrance to my island but ive had SO MUCH planned for it since november so as i get things done ill share some update screenshots somewhere. most likely on instagram I have an AC story highlight on my profile if anyone wants to go check it out...

i also finally played undertale for the first time ever AND finished deltarune after 2 whole years of not even bothering to touch it because back in early 2023 queen made me ragequit at the very end so thats kind of cool i guess LOL

i have not a single clue as to when school is supposed to start for me again (probably sometime in february like it did last year??? idk) so until then ill probably still be on my video game grind before i finally lock in and do all of the other work ive been putting off. mostly pertaining to my website and finally trying to reopen art commissions (because im nearing adulthood and i really want to have my own source of income that isnt from working my ass off at an actual workplace because being autistic kind of sucks when it comes to socializing and im trying to make the most of my teenage years without worrying about job applications lmfao.) i cant believe im already about to finish my sophomore year High school is going by so fast for me... (← is barely 16)

ok i know i havent even finished remaking the main page yet But i really wanted to start a blog. mainly to talk about shit i cant yap about anywhere else. either due to the painstakingly low character limits of social media or the embarrassment i get immediately after infodumping about something to someone. no idea what to post right now but hopefully i will figure it out soon............
